Add Properties & Listings

Add your lot or building as a property. On the listing, turn on parking and set options: assigned, covered, garage, etc., and monthly fee. Applicants see parking when they apply.

Add Recurring Parking Charges

On the property, add charges with type Parking. Name them (e.g. Reserved Spot #12). Assign to tenants. Fees are included in their balance and collected with rent.
